Gamme Nijiru - Honesuke

The Honesuke is close in appearance to the Petty. But it is distinguished by a thicker spine and stronger blade geometry: it is the Japanese boning knife, mainly used for cutting poultry.
The Garasuki is a larger, wider and thicker variant for the cook who wants a larger tool.
