Gyuto "Bouillon"
Forged in San mai "clean" wrought iron and 135Cr3.
Kurouchii. Stone shaped and polished bevels, finished on japanese stone from Nakayama.
Blade length is 235mm, 56mm high at heel, 5.9 to 0.8mm before tip, 215 grams.
Handle is made from local walnut and darken stainless steel bolster.
A standard size Gyuto for many tasks in the kitchen. Beautiful clean wrought with lot of textures. Lovely match with the walnut handle that give both elegance and tipicity as the wood grown in the area I live.
