Those knives are all made in my workshop in St-Martin-Laguepie in France.

All my knives are handmade : they are handforged using an old power hammer. Grinded on whetstone wheels. Sometimes worked on a belt grinder. Polished on traditionnal weels in felt or leather for the Classic serie and Totsumen line. Shaped and polished on bench stones for the Nijiru serie.

Handles are made from a piece of wood, mainly local wood, until its final shape. Handles are finely sanded and oiled for confort and resistance.
