Kitchen knives - Classic Line
Knives from the Classic Line are simple knives made by the blacksmith looking for effectiveness
Forged, quenched, grinded on a wetstone grinder, polished on traditionnal wheels ; the blades are prepared for a fine and efficient work while cooking.
Those are made mainly with XC70 (0.7% carbon steel), but I will make in the future some San mai blades within that line.
