Sujihiki "Bouillon"​

Forged in San Mai "clean" wrought iron clad + 135cr3 steel core.

Kurouchi and stone shaped and polished bevels, finished with natural Japanese stone from Nakayama in Japan.

The length of the blade is 220mm, the height at the heel is 45mm, the thickness is 6 to 1.2mm on the spine before the tip, 211 grams.

The handle is oval, made of local boxwood and stainless steel bolster.

A simple and short slicer with a classic combo handle with local boxwood and dark bolster. A easy and nimble blade to use in home kitchens to cut clean proteins.
Important : there is a little delam of 5mm long, on spine close to the handle. Nothing to be a problem for the blade now and long term but I have adjusted price.
