Forged in San Mai "dirty" wrought iron + 135cr3 steel core.

Kurouchi and stone polished bevels with natural Japanese stone, finished on a fine Nakayama stone

​

 

The length of the blade is 251mm, the height at the heel is 57mm, the thickness is 5.1 to 1.1mm on the spine before the tip, 265 grams.

The handle is rokkaku hanmaru shape, made of african blackwood and stainless steel

​

 

Different from others gyutos, it is the most workhorse in its geometry. Forged close to its final thicknesses, it is a solid knife with good food release. Despite its slightly thicker geometry, it maintains a fine tip for all delicate work.
