Paring knives

Forged in 135Cr3 monosteel, satin finish, fast oil quench.

Handles are made with local woods and brass.

From top to bottom : Oak, Olivewood, Plumwood, Boxwood, Walnut.

Approximative dimensions : 85 à 95mm of edges, 26mm high at heel, 200mm total, 4 to 0.8mm thick before the tip, around 65 grams each.

Small knives for off the board works in the kitchen or delicate cuts. I try to find a balanced between simple tools and well fit and finish objects. Nice brass bolsters and ergonomic handles on those so they feel very confortable in the hand.
